FABRICATION & INSTALLATION
GINAKALIS’ manufacturing/fabrication processes are currently being carried out at our fabrication facility in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Depending on the complexity and requirements of some projects, pre-fabrication is carried out in our facility while final installation or integration is carried out on site in line with approved methodologies and procedures.
All manufacturing/ fabrication processes are done based on detailed drawings received from the engineering phase of each project and approved by the client for fabrication.
Our pre-fabrication works are carefully designed to minimize any required site modification work. All materials are delivered with appropriate tags to aid identification and ready to install thus minimizing work space required and idle time for the installation crew.
GINAKALIS has been in the business of design, fabrication and installation of palm oil mills, palm kernel plants, mill equipment, super structural steel buildings and platforms, product tank farms and miscellaneous steel structures for several years.
